Great Wolf Lodge | Kansas City

We headed to Great Wolf lodge over Thanksgiving break to kick off
the Holiday season! It was the start of their winter season event Snowland at the lodge. Festive decorations, a big Santa mailbox, and a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. We enjoyed several themed events while we were there including The Great Clock Tower Show featuring Christmas music and snow in the lobby which the kids absolutely loved.

We ended up choosing the Pup Pass for the kids which included a candy cup, ice cream scoop, a Build-a-Bear, arcade gift card, and discounts on various items. I felt it was the perfect choice for our 7 and 4 year old. Especially since it was our first time there. I didn't want them to be overwhelmed but I also wanted them to experience everything the lodge had to offer.

The kids loved the various events held in the lobby. The Great Clock Tower Show was by far their favorite. There was also Snowland games and interactive story time. As far as food goes Hungry as a Wolf Pizza and Wings was a big hit for our family. We visited the gift shop in the lobby several times. So many cute Great Wolf keepsakes and toys.

Of course the indoor water park was the highlight of the trip. So many great slides and activities to choose from. We personally loved the option of the adult hot tub or hot springs for the whole family. Most of the slides are available for various ages so the kids got to go on a lot with us.

We had such a great time and can't wait to go back. The kids can't stop talking about it! With Kansas City only being a short drive from St. Louis I know we will be back very soon!
